| Academic Policy
Repository This project was created as a space to accumulate and index the various policies around campus. The site is the basis for the work of the Provost's Policy Advisory Committee (PAC) (established in 2011). This site allows visitors to sort through various academic policy/procedure documents. Accounts on the site are available to PAC members to access committee documents and to comment or upload additional documents. |
| Academic Program Assessment Documents This site is the repository of all academic program outcome assessment plans submitted to OAA and the Academic Assessment Committee (AAC). This site is also used to upload other assessment documents and for completing the annual assessment survey required of all academic programs. The site also contains assessment reports from AY10 and AY11. |

Eportfolio Working Group Website On this site are links and resources used by the AY11/AY12 Eportfolio Working Group (EWG). It includes links to various platforms, reviews of platforms, examples of campus implementations and more. It also has the resources used at the 2011 Eportfolio Summer Institute. |
| Mahara Eportfolios In December 2010, an instance of the open source eportfolio system, Mahara, was installed as a test platform for eportfolio investigation. This is an open site for use by all UAA students, faculty, and staff. |
